Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team around Tesco Hurst Park (KT8 1SE). You will manage fixtures, arrange displays, and replenish stock across several stores, while building strong relationships with store personnel.

The role covers general merchandising including books, gift cards and cosmetics. Working days are 8 hours with Monday, Thursday and Wednesday slots, plus optional add‑on time. A UK driving license and car access are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Are willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra to do so)
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is required

Responsibilities

• This role will be work across a variety of categories including: General merchandising which could include books, gift cards and cosmetics.
• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application.
