Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. in Crewe is seeking a proactive Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team, working across multiple stores to create eye-catching displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.

You’ll follow planograms, handle stock replenishment, and set up promotional materials while building strong relationships with store staff. A full UK driving license and own car are required to travel within a 7 mile radius.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet display deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures meet merchandising standards and planograms where provided.
• Organise products on shelves to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for offers.
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and report feedback.
