Job summary

Schwartz is seeking a full-time Field Support Merchandiser to cover Dundee, Perth, St. Andrews and Dunfermline. The role involves 40 hours per week, with some overnight stays and occasional Christmas duties; a company van and fuel card are provided, plus a £520 annual tax-free allowance.

Base salary is £27,840 with a permanent contract and benefits including a pension, 28 days holiday, and a health plan. You will work across major supermarkets, ensuring product availability and great in-store

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to manage time and work unsupervised.
• Willingness to stay away from home when required (accommodation covered).
• Positive, can-do attitude in store relationships.
• Comfort with using technology and field sales tools.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships with major supermarkets.
• Use technology to maintain product availability and accurate execution in store.
• Collect and deliver stock to stores to ensure 100% shelf availability.
• Maintain store records including inventories.
• Support other brands within the McCormick family when required.
