Job summary

Logobrand is seeking an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser to join our award-winning field team in the UK. You control your days and hours and represent global brands across supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.

You'll ensure products are stocked and visible, build relationships with store staff to gain additional displays, and communicate launches and promotions. A UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser role with flexible schedule.
• UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.
• Must have an iOS device (iPhone/iPad) with iOS 18+.

Responsibilities

• Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
• Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
• Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
• Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of POS materials.

What You'll Do

As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
• Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
• Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
• Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Have a passion for delivering excellence and maintaining high standards

• Communicate clearly and confidently with store colleagues.
• Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns.

Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.

• An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 18.0 or higher).
• A U.K. Driving Licence - with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of TfL is permitted.
• Right to work in the U.K.
