Job summary

Logobrand is seeking an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser in London to join our award-winning field team. You’ll control your own days and hours while representing top brands such as Yankee Candle, Ginsters and Pepsi in local shops.

Work locally within a 15‑mile radius, ensuring products are stocked, visible and merchandised. Build strong relationships with store staff, report on launches and promotions, and install POS materials. Full flexibility and competitive pay accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have an iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 18.0 or higher).
• A U.K. Driving Licence - with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of TfL is permitted.
• Right to work in the U.K.

Responsibilities

• Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
• Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
• Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
• Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

What You'll Do

As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
• Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
• Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
• Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Have a passion for delivering excellence and maintaining high standards

• Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns.

Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.
