Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds / Cardiff, Bristol, Blackpool, York

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing & Sales Agent to actively promote and sell our products across designated territories. This role combines the energy of direct sales with the creativity of field marketing. You'll be on the ground, visiting stores, engaging with customers, conducting product demos, and ensuring brand visibility is always on point.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Products: Visit retailers, wholesalers, and potential clients to pitch products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Promote the Brand: Act as the face of the brand during field visits, ensuring strong visibility and awareness through in-store marketing and demonstrations.
  • Product Demos & Sampling: Conduct live product demonstrations and sampling to educate customers and store staff.
  • POS Material Distribution: Place promotional materials such as posters, wobblers, shelf talkers, and display stands at retail points.
  • Retail Audits: Check product availability, display quality, and competitor presence at stores.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring repeat orders and upselling opportunities.
  • Market Feedback: Gather insights from customers and retailers on product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily activity reports including store visits, sales closed, feedback gathered, and stock updates.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or product promotion
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident in face-to-face selling and public engagement.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage time, routes, and reporting efficiently.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground activation work.
  • Valid driver’s license
