First is looking for a motivated and driven Field Marketing Manager to lead, support and grow a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership qualities, a strong work ethic and the ambition to achieve a high level of earnings.

You’ll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, generating customer appointments and helping drive performance, while also earning through your own personal pitches and your team’s results.

• £20 override on every team pitch – earn from your team’s performance as well as your own!
