Overview

We're searching for a Stoke-on-Trent-based Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, so that we can drive targeted campaigns that support sales and generate pipeline across the UK and Ireland. The Field Marketing Manager will lead integrated campaigns and event strategies to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and events to generate pipeline and support sales goals
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure campaigns meet their needs and drive measurable outcomes
  • Manage budgets and campaign pacing to maximise ROI across growth activities
  • Optimise the marketing funnel by identifying friction points and improving conversion
  • Implement account-based marketing and lifecycle tactics to increase engagement and customer value
  • Connect the dots between sales and marketing ensuring that campaigns meet the needs of sales teams
  • Build and deliver integrated campaigns that deliver pipeline with target organisations and people
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting so everyone knows what's moving the needle and use these insights for decision making from annual planning to daily operational delivery
  • Partner with solution marketing, product and sales to identify friction points and improve conversion
  • Implement lifecycle marketing tactics to increase engagement, repeat use, and lifetime value
  • Use segmentation and personalisation to deliver targeted campaigns that resonate, including laser-focused account-based marketing alongside sales and field marketing
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in growth, demand or campaign marketing roles
  • Proven success in running acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retention campaigns
  • Ideally experience in the health and care sector
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in metrics, attribution, and optimisation
  • Ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent twice a month and attend events across the UK when required
  • Genuine interest in improving health and care through innovative marketing
  • Experience delivering into the health and care sector in the UK and Ireland is preferred
  • Comfort balancing planning with hands-on execution to deliver campaigns
  • Embrace tech, including AI, to expedite creation and delivery and ensure better results
