The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional demand generation efforts to support the growth and awareness of Orange Logic’s product offerings across the EMEA region. This role focuses on planning and executing localized marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and building meaningful relationships with prospects and customers through on-the-ground efforts.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create personalized marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals.
  • Manage field events, webinars, trade shows, and partner marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify regional opportunities and challenges.
  • Gather and share customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Monitor competitive activity within the region to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop strong relationships with local partners, influencers, and key customer accounts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing efforts, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with marketing leadership, presenting data-driven recommendations.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or DAM.
  • Proven success in planning and executing field marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field events.
