Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and distinguish between urgent and non-urgent matters.
• Handle confidential information and respond to unexpected situations.
• Organize, be rigorous, dynamic, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Lead meetings, take notes, and share minutes using Office tools.
• Be results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects end-to-end (events, press releases, workshops, etc.).
