Qualifications

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Willing to travel locally and work on buses.
• Access to a car or driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
