Purpose of the role:

The Field Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of employees working in the field. This role involves ensuring the efficient delivery of field-based activities, maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety, and supporting the welfare of the field staff.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them
  • Any other reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or member of the Senior Leadership Team.
