Overview

The primary responsibility of the Field Manager is to manage flooring & cabinet trades on job sites during construction, track and manage materials, ensure quality installations, and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

1. Understand flooring installation, pre-installation inspection, during and post inspections, and quality control, as well as how materials are measured and installed.
2. Manage flooring independent contractors' work for timely and accurate installation per builder timelines and requirements on construction sites.
3. Supervise installations and manage materials during installations.
4. Conduct quality control of all cabinet installations.
5. Coordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractors.
6. Assist in warranty resolution in completed homes.
7. Perform any other field duties as assigned.
