Title: Maintenance Technician

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Travel Requirement: 75–100% (Company truck provided)

Location Focus: Based out of York, PA with travel primarily within a 3–4 hour radius

Territory Coverage: PA, MD, DE, NY, NJ, VA, WV, OH

Pay Range: $21–$32/hr (Open to candidates outside this range based on experience)

Key Requirements:

• Clean driving record & valid driver's license (MUST)
• Must be comfortable with doing a variety of work and not the same thing every day
• Comfortable working at heights up to 80 FT in a scissor or boom lift
• Experience in both industrial electrical and mechanical systems
• Capable of troubleshooting industrial machinery
• Familiarity with air compressor installations and repairs (ideal but not required)
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, weekends, and night shifts when needed
• Must supply own hand tools and steel-toed boots
• US Citizenship
• Background check, driving record check, and drug screen required before hire

Job Duties:

• Traveling to job sites for Industrial Service and/or Installation work
• Install Industrial Equipment including but not limited to Fans, Generators, Air Compressors, and other various Industrial Equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace machinery
• Equal amounts of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Varying job sites from day to day leading to different types of jobs from day to day
