Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative for the AASC Norwich team. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £27,500 and a comprehensive benefits package.

A valid UK driving licence is essential to travel between properties within the region. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will perform general maintenance, report faults via the AORA IT system, and ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• General DIY experience.
• A willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver's licence is essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance services to designated properties.
• Report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure faults are reported and closed.
• Ensure all properties are compliant and fit for purpose when completing tasks.
