Job description

Field Machinery Installations Engineer

Pay: $35-$42/hr + Ample Overtime
Travel: 80% Travel | Anywhere in the U.S.
Location: You can live anywhere in the USA near an airport

What You’ll Do:

  1. Oversee machinery installation & commissioning
  2. Coordinate and design all work scope drawings for contractor installation (over-lay on general arrangement), prepare contractor bid packages, provide field installation problem resolution, and provide various support to on-site field personnel and others, as needed.
  3. Act as the primary liaison with customers during setup
  4. Work with contractors to ensure seamless execution
  5. Troubleshoot, align, and fine-tune equipment for optimal performance
  6. Train operators and maintenance teams
  7. Travel extensively across North America (and beyond!)

Education and Experience:

  1. AAS or Certificate in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical (Bachelor’s a plus!)
  2. 2-4 years of experience in OEM machinery installation & servicing (converting equipment a plus)
  3. Ability to travel 80%
  4. Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  5. Valid passport & ability to travel to Canada
