Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Leakage Technician (SENSOR Maintenance) in King’s Lynn to support leakage reduction through fixed network SENSOR assets.

The role is field-based, outdoors, and requires extensive travel across the region with full training provided. You will inspect, test, maintain, and replace hydrophones, collect data, and record findings while delivering excellent customer service and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SENSOR maintenance activities on fixed network hydrophones and associated equipment.
• Inspect, test, maintain and replace fixed network hydrophones in accordance with procedures and water hygiene standards.
• Accurately collect, record and update asset and network information.
• Identify and report faults, defects and maintenance requirements relating to SENSOR assets and escalate findings where appropriate.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction, keeping customers informed where required.
• Work collaboratively with leakage teams, schedulers, analysts, project managers, and customer contact teams.
• Accurately record all work activities, survey findings, and customer interactions using company systems including Oracle and SAP.
