Weatherization Crew Lead

HomeWorks Energy (New England Smart Energy Group) is rapidly expanding its Weatherization team, and we are seeking to develop our leadership! We want candidates with a construction background, combined with soft skills and personality traits that motivate and drive results within a team environment. This position involves hands-on training in the field. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of field work and a strong desire to train diligently and manage their own crew.

Position Type: This is a full-time hourly role eligible for overtime and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
• Complete work efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure work meets "Energize CT" standards
• Provide excellent customer service with all work performed
• Ensure crew adherence to HomeWorks Energy safety and installation best practices
• Complete proper documentation for each job
• Collect copayments from customers
• Operate box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations

Requirements:

• Construction management experience (not required)
• Crew Lead Certification (not required)
• Experience with "Energize CT" (a plus)
• Salesforce experience (a plus)
