Thames Water is seeking a Field Investigations Analyst to join our Smart Metering Operations Centre (SMOC). You will analyse field investigations, monitor meter performance and provide actionable insights to support operational decisions.
Based in hybrid Worcester Langley, you will work with field teams and partners to prioritise actions, produce dashboards and reports, and drive continuous improvement across the metering network.

Thames Water is looking for a Field Investigations Analyst to join our growing Smart Metering Operations Centre (SMOC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving smart meter performance, enhancing data quality and supporting operational initiatives that help us deliver better outcomes for our customers and the environment.
Working closely with operational teams, field technicians, delivery partners and smart metering specialists, you'll analyse performance data, identify issues, prioritise investigations and provide insight that drives informed decision‑making across the business.
Base Location: Hybrid - Worcester House, Langley SL3 6EY.
Hours: 36 hours per week.
