The client is seeking a Field Installation Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of bespoke robotic equipment at customer sites across Bath, Bristol and any other locations when required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business delivering highly specialised healthcare automation solutions that transform the efficiency and safety of modern pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of advanced automation equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective on-site solutions.
  • Keep accurate service logs and communicate findings to management.

What Were Looking For:

  • An Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Diploma or similar qualification
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on installation of heavy systems (up to 12 tonnes).
  • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Valid passport and openness to undertake training in Europe.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
