Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer for a field-based role across the West Midlands. You will commission, service and fault-find HVAC systems on customer sites, ensuring high safety and efficiency standards.

The role covers AHUs, CRACs, chillers and 4-pipe heat pump systems, with opportunities to expand knowledge across product ranges. A full UK driving licence and DBS clearance are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC commissioning and fault-finding.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Ability to diagnose issues and optimise system performance.
• Willingness to develop knowledge across different HVAC product ranges.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces.
• Electrical qualifications or experience advantageous.
• DBS clearance, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Commission, servicing, fault-finding and optimise HVAC equipment on customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient operation to high standards.
• Work across equipment including AHUs, CRACs, Chillers, 4-pipe heat pump systems, FCUs and controls.
• Complete site risk assessments and support customers.
• Identify opportunities for additional works where appropriate.
