Job summary

The Hospice Lottery Partnership is seeking an experienced, high-performing face-to-face salesperson to step up as Team Leader. You will lead by example, recruit and coach canvassers, and drive field sales at HLP venues across the region.

You will lead with purpose, motivate the team, and ensure superb supporter interactions at events. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will balance your own results with developing the team, delivering training, and building venue relationships while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience leading field sales teams.
• Proven track record in face-to-face fundraising or sales.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target subscriptions per sales day and per week.
• Work primarily at HLP venues, delivering high-quality supporter interactions.
• Ensure subscriptions are completed accurately and in line with HLP procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement, balancing sales and supporter retention.
• Recruit and build your own team of canvassers and support onboarding.
• Coach colleagues to improve performance, confidence, and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and onboarding progress.
• Deliver KPIs related to recruitment, coaching and venue development.
