Local Hospice Lottery is recruiting Fundraisers to engage with communities and raise funds for local hospices. You will talk to people in neighbourhoods, explain the charity’s impact, and sign up supporters in a friendly, professional manner.

No fundraising experience is required as full training is provided; you will work in the field, travelling to locations, and you’ll benefit from flexible working and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, resilient and driven; confident talking to people face-to-face.
• Willingness to get involved and have a can-do attitude.
• No prior fundraising experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Talk to members of the public in local communities.
• Explain how the Local Hospice Lottery supports nearby hospices.
• Sign up new supporters in a friendly and professional way.
• Work independently out in the field, managing your own day.
• Represent a trusted not-for-profit organisation.
