Job summary

OHEAP Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician to cover the Staffordshire and Sheffield areas. The role is full-time, based around a 40-hour week, with work mainly on customer sites and pre-booked by our Derby HQ scheduling team.

Salary is dependent on experience and location, with benefits including a company pension, bonus scheme and 28 days holiday. A driving licence and strong customer service are essential to succeed in this field-based role.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence is required.
• Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Locations include Staffordshire area (Stoke, Stafford, Leek) and South Yorkshire area (Sheffield, Doncaster).

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites on a daily basis to service and install extinguishers.
• Ensure compliance, reliability and high-quality customer service.
• All work is pre-booked by our scheduling team at headquarters in Derby.
• Company vehicle, tools, stock and PPE are provided.
