The Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting an experienced Field Environmental Manager to join an advanced technological and engineering platform for the design, construction, and operation of complex energy infrastructures and plants.

Job Overview:

As a Field Environmental Manager, you will be part of the Health, Safety, and Environmental department. Your role involves implementing HSE environmental management systems in an operational context, following the Company HSE guidelines and standards. You will be involved in our Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage project.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implement construction environmental management plans for onshore and offshore activities.
  2. Review and monitor subcontractor compliance with environmental requirements.
  3. Manage site environmental issues.
  4. Interface and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
  5. Lead the environmental team.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with environmental agencies, local authorities, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  7. Perform environmental activities such as completing ENVID, Environmental Plans, Environmental Reporting, data analysis, and investigations.
  8. Conduct onsite activities including audits, training, inspections, and report generation.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Education: BEng or BSc in environmental or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in offshore and onshore projects.
