Job Description:

Project Manager

Contract Duration: 5 months

Location: Can be anywhere in the UK

Scope: Primary on-site point of contact for UK Field Engineering team during deployment of engineering solutions (Matrix, ADTFs, ADTAs, ASLs, Tippers, retrofits, etc.) in existing delivery stations or new greenfield launches of UK/IE Logistics network.

Travel: Onsite 75%-100% during project deployment at any delivery station in UK/IE.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Field verification of drawings and identifying interferences with existing/new equipment.
• Raise MCMs for different project phases and address concerns from approver groups prior to onsite work.
• Set up and manage daily calls with vendors, Ops, WHS, and RME. Provide daily report summaries to UK FE PM.
• Conduct site visits to verify project progress and gather stakeholder feedback. Address concerns proactively and escalate as needed.
• Manage ordered materials, coordinate transportation, and installation with Ops/RME.
• Coordinate with IT for IDF access, monitor cabinets, and validate data cable installations.
• Support UK FE PM during site acceptance tests with onsite presence.
• Obtain and validate vendor documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Store all documentation appropriately.

Requirements:

• Experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or similar fields.
• Experience as a Project Manager managing medium-complexity projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
