Job summary

Based from home, you'll join one of our regional engineering teams supporting customers across your territory. Our Technical Representatives maintain more than 150,000 vending, cooling, and dispense equipment assets across over 110,000 customer locations throughout Great Britain. Install, maintain, and repair dispense, cooling, and vending equipment.

Diagnose faults and resolve equipment breakdowns. Carry out planned maintenance and equipment health checks.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• A full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Hands-on approach and an interest in learning how things work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme and developing a career in engineering

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair dispense, cooling, and vending equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Carry out planned maintenance and equipment health checks.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing CCEP professionally.
• Work safely at all times, maintaining a zero-accident mindset.
• Develop your technical knowledge and complete your apprenticeship qualification.
• Follow agreed ways of working and contribute to team performance objectives.
