Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is offering a Field Engineering Apprenticeship in the UK South region. You will learn on the job while earning, supporting vending, cooling and dispense equipment across an operating territory.

The program blends practical field training with formal technical study, backed by Wolverhampton College. No prior engineering experience is required; candidates should be motivated, customer-focused, and eager to develop hands-on technical skills in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or equivalent.
• Motivated individuals with a hands-on mindset.
• Willing to travel within the territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair dispense, cooling, and vending equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve breakdowns.
• Carry out planned maintenance and health checks.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing CCEP.
• Work safely at all times with a zero-accident mindset.
• Develop your technical knowledge and complete your apprenticeship.
• Follow agreed ways of working and contribute to team objectives.
