Scheduler - Engineering Support Hybrid
Location: Andover (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 from home after probation)
Salary: 26,000 - 32,000 + Annual Bonus (6%) + 4% Flex Fund + 25 Days Holiday + Enhanced Benefits
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:00, Fri 8:30-3:45

We're working exclusively with a global life sciences organisation that supports critical industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and cleanroom manufacturing. Their equipment is used by major names in the sector - think pharma giants and frontline healthcare.
With the business continuing to grow - including recent expansion into Europe - they're looking for a Scheduler to support their dynamic team of field engineers.
You will be responsible for all activities relating to engineers working on customer sites.
You'll play a central role in making sure engineers are in the right place at the right time - whether for routine maintenance, emergency callouts, or reactive service jobs.
This is a busy, reactive role where your ability to stay organised and calm under pressure will really shine.
Scheduling maintenance and service visits for a team of 20 engineers (UK + Europe)
Managing reactive job requests and balancing priorities
Supporting invoicing and internal service coordination
Collaborating with engineers, customer service, and internal stakeholders
Owning and updating training matrices and compliance documentation
We're open to backgrounds, but experience in a similar scheduling or fast-paced administrative role is key. You might come from:
Engineering or service-based scheduling
Sales or project administration
Contract recruitment
Any fast-paced, customer-focused environment
You'll be:

Comfortable in a reactive, changing environment
Independent but also a strong team player
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker
