Are you highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being the glue that holds a busy operational team together? This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're working exclusively with a global life sciences organisation that supports critical industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and cleanroom manufacturing. Their equipment is used by major names in the sector - think pharma giants and frontline healthcare.

With the business continuing to grow - including recent expansion into Europe - they're looking for a Scheduler to support their dynamic team of field engineers.

You will be responsible for all activities relating to engineers working on customer sites.

You'll play a central role in making sure engineers are in the right place at the right time - whether for routine maintenance, emergency callouts, or reactive service jobs.
This is a busy, reactive role where your ability to stay organised and calm under pressure will really shine.

Scheduling maintenance and service visits for a team of 20 engineers (UK + Europe)

Managing reactive job requests and balancing priorities

Supporting invoicing and internal service coordination

Collaborating with engineers, customer service, and internal stakeholders

Owning and updating training matrices and compliance documentation

We're open to backgrounds, but experience in a similar scheduling or fast-paced administrative role is key. You might come from:

Engineering or service-based scheduling

Sales or project administration

Contract recruitment

Any fast-paced, customer-focused environment

You'll be:

Assertive and confident working with technical teams

Comfortable in a reactive, changing environment

Independent but also a strong team player

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker

Bonus if you speak German - the team is expanding into Europe!

Bonus.
7% pension.
25 days holiday.
Clear paths for progression and internal mobility - big on career development.
Modern hybrid working model with great flexibility post-training.
