Job summary

MSite invites applications for a full-time Field Engineer to install, service and maintain MSite products across the South of England. You will visit customer sites, perform on-site installations, training, and ongoing support, ensuring high standards of service.

The role requires field-based experience, a full UK driving licence, and independent work with travel across the region. MSite offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of a field-based / service role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
• M4 Corridor based or surrounding counties (Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Bucks).
• CSCS / SSSTS Accreditations or equivalent (CCNSG, ECS, IOSH etc.) desired.
• Must pass BPSS Security Screening.
• Able to work independently and travel daily.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites.
• Support & Maintenance of existing Customer and Key Stakeholders.
• Setting up the system with the help of office staff (full training will be provided).
• Providing basic training to customers on how the system works.
• Deliver a consistent high standard and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Routine and Reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding, Diagnosis and Resolution of Faults.
• Operating independently most of the time, with occasional team-based jobs as required.
• Travelling across London and the South of the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
