Job summary

MSite by Infobric in London and the South East is hiring a field-based Installation and Service Engineer. You will install, commission and test MSite products at customer sites, provide maintenance, and deliver training.

You will travel across London and the South of the UK, with occasional overnight stays, and work with a supportive team. A full UK driving licence and CSCS/SSSTS credentials are preferred. Competitive benefits include pension, health and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills are required.
• A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• CSCS/SSSTS acc or equivalent are desirable, BPSS screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites.
• Support and maintenance of existing customers and stakeholders.
• Provide training to customers on system operation.
