Ability to obtain Security Clearance (Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years).

You may be required, upon request from the Company, to support shift patterns that fall outside your contractual agreement. These shifts may occur during weekends and/or evenings. The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

Littlefish is seeking a Field Engineer to join our growing team. The main role of the Field Engineer is to provide effective onsite and remote technical support to Littlefish contract customers for hardware, software, mobile, and print problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for device builds, hardware installations, and basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. This role is predominantly field-based.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

• Experience supporting IT operations across technologies including desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, MS Exchange, Windows 10/11, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Apple OSX and iOS, Autopilot, Jamf.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Full clean UK driving license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar technical role.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at sites across the UK.
