About The Job:
As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer service while performing Machine Plant Diagnostics, Servicing, and Repairs on JCB equipment. This customer-facing position requires a proactive approach to build and maintain strong relationships within the service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB construction, agricultural, and recycling equipment.
Foster positive customer relationships and provide tailored service solutions.
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Promote the JCB brand and aftermarket products to new and existing clients.
Ensure high-quality repairs to achieve a "First Time Fix" standard.
utilise technical diagnostic skills and maintain equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Adhere to health and safety policies while exceeding customer expectations.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.Essential Requirements:
