Solution Design & Integration

  • Collaborate with hyperscale customers to design and implement customized solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Guide customers through the integration of our products into their existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility with their unique configurations.
  • Provide technical expertise on how to scale products to meet the demands of large, distributed systems and cloud environments.

Product Demonstration & Testing

  • Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) testing to showcase the value of our solutions in large-scale, high-performance environments.
  • Conduct system validation and performance testing in collaboration with customers and product development teams to ensure that solutions meet expected operational benchmarks.

Training & Technical Enablement

  • Provide in-depth training to customer teams, empowering them to optimize product use and performance in their hyperscale environments.
  • Create and deliver technical content such as training materials, application notes, and troubleshooting guides to help customers achieve maximum value from the products.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hyperscale customers, addressing system and application-level issues, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within large-scale environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
  • Act as a key technical point of contact for customers, offering expert advice on best practices for deploying and optimizing our solutions in hyperscale environments.

Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to relay valuable insights to product management, R&D, and engineering teams for continuous product enhancement.
  • Participate in post-deployment reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further optimization or product development

Knowledge and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in field engineering, application support, or technical consulting, specifically within hyperscale data centers, cloud computing, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI), Certified Data Centre Design/Professional (CDCD/P) or Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) are a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge of hyperscale data center, Co-Location and Enterprise Data center architecture.
  • Experience with deployment, integration, and optimization of hardware solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex networks within data center environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working in geographically distributed global teams
  • Proficient use of specialized tools for splicing, testing and troubleshooting fibre optic cables (both via LSPM and OTDR) to meet high-performance standards.
