• Qualified multi-skilled engineer with 5 years of experience.
• 2-4 years in the field service industry with food knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service and support for food processing and packaging equipment.
• Timely resolution of customer issues and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform installation and startup of food processing machinery.

Service Engineer

Basic Salary: £45K Per annum (£60k+ OTE)

Location: Covering East Midlands (Ideally Leicester Based)

Details:

The role of the Field Service Engineer is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of Food Processing and Packaging equipment. The Field Service Engineer will ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the customer is left feeling cared for.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified multi-skilled engineer with 5 years of experience
• 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge
• Apprenticeship or equivalent electro-mechanical experience
• Previous experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry required
• PLC’s with Ladder Logic knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Possess a full valid driver’s license
• A 'Can do' attitude
