Job Description

We are seeking a Field Engineer (Automotive - Passenger Vehicle) to be deployed at an OEM client site.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze, categorize, and report on dealer information tickets to identify, hand over, and track progress of emerging field quality concerns.
  2. Process up to 100 DISS tickets (dealer technical information tickets, accessible in DISSBOE and downloadable as PDFs) per working day.
  3. Categorize DISS tickets based on relevant criteria and known technical issues.
  4. Review tickets against internal sources (e.g., photo booth) and flag incorrect claims for rejection.
  5. Identify and flag any new or unique issues.
  6. Cluster identical topics and report the number of occurrences.
  7. Present new topics at daily launch meetings, documenting clear next steps, investigation timelines, and owners.
  8. Review open topics against planned timelines and report pending updates during daily meetings.
  9. Provide weekly statistics on DISS analysis, including topics opened, closed, and aging topics, to support issue resolution.
