Key Responsibilities

Content Governance & Strategy

  • Develop and implement a content governance framework to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance of sales enablement materials in Seismic.
  • Establish content lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, and retirement.
  • Define and enforce taxonomy, tagging, and metadata standards to improve content discoverability.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor content performance analytics to optimize content strategy and usage.

AI Enablement & Automation

  • Drive adoption and optimization of Seismic’s AI-powered features, including content recommendations, predictive insights, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with AI and data teams to enhance AI-driven content personalization and automation for sales teams.
  • Ensure AI-generated content meets quality, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Train and enable sales teams on best practices for leveraging AI in content workflows and customer interactions.
  • Monitor AI performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements in AI-assisted sales enablement.

Seismic Platform Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the Seismic subject matter expert, providing guidance on platform best practices, governance, and enhancements.
  • Work with IT and platform administrators to configure Seismic for optimal user experience, integrations, and security compliance.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure content accessibility for different sales personas.
  • Conduct regular audits and content hygiene checks to maintain an efficient and clutter-free content repository.
  • Stay ahead of Seismic updates, AI advancements, and industry trends to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and documentation efforts to upskill sales teams on content governance and AI usage.
  • Act as a change agent to drive adoption of AI-powered tools and governance best practices across sales teams.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on enablement strategies to improve user experience and engagement.

Intake & Workload Management

  • Organize and prioritize the inbound content requests from sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish a structured intake process to categorize, assess, and assign content creation or updates based on business impact and urgency.
  • Maintain workload allocation within the team, ensuring balanced distribution of tasks and timely content delivery.
  • Implement tools and workflows to track content requests, manage approvals, and measure turnaround times for efficiency improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for content request escalations, ensuring critical needs are addressed promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Content Governance, or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad).
  • Experience implementing content governance frameworks, including taxonomy, metadata, and compliance processes.
  • Understanding of AI-driven content management and automation tools within sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data and insights to optimize content and AI performance.
  • Exceptional communication and training skills, with the ability to educate teams on governance and AI best practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with AI-driven content automation tools within Seismic.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, B2B sales strategies, and sales enablement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance standards in content management for sales.
  • Experience with change management and driving technology adoption in sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in content analytics tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement reporting.
