Job summary

Kiota Recruitment is recruiting an Electrician for field-based installation, fault finding and electrical work in social housing and residential properties in Croydon and surrounding areas.

You will install ventilation systems, perform inspections and testing, work independently with a company van and tools provided, and complete documentation while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Electrical installation experience in domestic, residential, or social housing environments.
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification.
• Strong practical installation and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence (6 points max).

Responsibilities

• Install domestic ventilation systems within social housing and residential properties.
• Inspect, repair, and replace ventilation systems.
• Perform electrical testing and fault finding.
• Work in occupied homes with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Update job records using company systems.
