• Work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future.
• Execute and deliver courses to salons within your territory and in our regional venues or hubs.

• Liaise with some of the leading names in the hairdressing industry.
• Work on projects to enhance the business and raise the profile of education, such as developing new course programs and engaging freelancers.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in delivering technical workshops, presentations, and classes.
• Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
• Experience as an advanced colour expert, commercially astute with an understanding of selling.
• Exceptional confidence.
• Technical, cutting, and styling competence.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Experience building relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
• A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• A full UK Driving License.
