Are you a graduate or post-graduate with a passion for ecology, looking to gain experience in ecological field survey work? Have you already worked for a season and are seeking more defined work over a 6-month period to further develop your nature identification skills? Do you love getting outdoors and conducting surveys for Britain's protected species such as bats, badgers, and great crested newts?
We are looking for seasonal ecologists to assist with survey work in the Oxfordshire/Hertfordshire area. You will support and be supported by an experienced team of terrestrial ecologists providing ecological consultancy services to high-profile clients, focusing on integrating ecological habitats and wildlife benefits within new developments. During this role, you will undertake a range of terrestrial ecology survey work and site supervision, focusing on faunal species including bats, reptiles, and great crested newts, with potential to work with dormouse and badger. You will also gain exposure to data collection and simple reporting of survey results.

We have one role starting in May to support our busy teams this summer, with a guaranteed minimum of 6 months of work at 30+ hours per week.
