Job summary

IMServ Europe Ltd in London is seeking a Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of Field Technicians and Site Visit Agents responsible for installing and maintaining meters and data logging equipment across the London region.

You will drive performance to hit customer experience, installation, completion and revenue KPIs, manage scheduling, and work with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery. A strong background in field operations, safety, and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• IOSH Level 2 qualification (desirable).
• NEBOSH General Certificate Level 3 (desirable).
• Proven team management experience.
• UK Utilities knowledge.
• Sound commercial and financial awareness.
• Knowledge of health and safety management systems.
• Report writing skills.
• Field-based operational leadership experience.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance to meet KPIs for customer experience, installation, completion and revenue targets.
• Manage Site Visit Agents resources to ensure productivity and service delivery standards.
• Optimise technicians' capabilities and minimise downtime.
• Forecast regional staffing needs to cover geography with appropriate skills.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to reallocate appointments as needed.
• Engage with suppliers and end users to communicate new services and resolve delivery issues.
• Be escalation point for customer complaints and urgent out-of-hours requests.
• Ensure staff training to required safety and quality standards.
• Conduct health and safety investigations as required.
• Manage holidays and sickness to maintain service levels.
• Ensure work meets IMServ procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee vehicles, stock, paperwork, travel and hotel bookings per procedures.
• Audit field staff and arrange training and development as needed.
• Lead quarterly in-person engagement sessions with Technicians.
• Maintain regular communication with team about priorities and feedback.
• Collaborate with other Regional Field Managers on future strategy.
