Job summary

Aggreko Plc is seeking a Field Delivery Engineer based in London or Surrey to service, maintain and repair power equipment on customer sites. You will respond to breakdowns, perform planned maintenance and ensure safety on site.

You will operate a company van, have access to tools and PPE, and benefit from generous annual leave, a pension and ongoing technical training with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained engineer or time-served in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with diesel engines, generators, HVAC or similar plant equipment.

What you'll do as a Field Service Engineer:

• Install, service, maintain and repair power generation equipment on customer sites
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out planned maintenance across London and the South East.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Complete job reports and H&S documentation accurately
• Deliver a high level of customer service while representing Aggreko on site

You are:

• Apprentice-trained engineer or time-served within a mechanical or electrical discipline
• Experienced in diesel engines, generators, HVAC, engines (car or HGV) or similar plant equipment
• Experienced in fault-finding across electrical and mechanical equipment Customer-focused, safety-led and comfortable working in a mobile role
• Holder of a full UK driving licence
