We're recruiting an experienced Field Construction Technician to join our team providing high-quality Tuff Shed products at our Salt Lake City location.

Responsibilities
  1. Warranty, Service, & Delivery
  • Assist in the safe delivery of Tuff Shed storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail sales lots.
  • Perform customer service warranty repair tasks on customer sites effectively, efficiently, and courteously within scheduled timeframes.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding warranty concerns and completion issues.
  • Sales & Customer Service
    • Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective Tuff Shed customers.
    • Assist with off-site events such as Home Shows.
    • Maintain HD displays and marketing materials.
  • Vehicle and Driving Responsibilities
    • Inform the AM/OM of service/maintenance needs for Tuff Shed vehicles.
    • Ensure GPS device remains connected and operational.
  • Other Duties
    • Report defective tools to management promptly.
    Skills & Experience
    • Basic construction, carpentry, roofing, and painting skills.
    • Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and use power tools.
    • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills at all levels.
    • Experience with vehicle operation, inspections, and towing is a plus.
