Position Overview

As a Field Clinical Specialist, you are a critical part of the THV field team that works closely with heart centers, physicians, and hospital staff to provide clinical support for Edwards’ TAVI procedures. You possess deep product knowledge and a clear understanding of heart pathophysiology and aortic stenosis patients. You are the face of Edwards to physicians.

Territory: Coventry, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Leicester

Key Competencies:

• Product & Portfolio Knowledge: Detailed understanding of Edwards products and services. You are a thought leader in your region, driving territory performance and therapy awareness.
• Disease & Therapy Knowledge: Expertise in aortic stenosis, patient conditions, and device utilization, trusted by clinicians.
• Clinical Data Expertise: Ability to interpret clinical research and data, linking it to patient outcomes.
• OR/Cath Lab Management: Support during procedures, familiarity with OR/Cath Lab processes, leadership in stressful situations.
• Imaging Expertise: Skilled in reading and interpreting imaging data such as echocardiography and CT scans.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics, competitor products, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Customer Leadership: Building relationships, providing training, and certifying centers and staff.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Independent yet collaborative, influencing change and sharing best practices.

Candidate Skills:
