A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a team of Field Insurance Adjusters. This homeworking role requires extensive travel to manage customer claims and ensure operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Specialist Claims Operational Manager, you’ll be a visible leader to your team of Field Insurance Adjusters (FIAs). While this is a homeworking contract, you’ll spend a significant amount of time on the road visiting customer claims, carrying out side-by-side team audits, mentoring, and attending our offices across various locations nationwide.
With a strong focus on operational oversight, you’ll deliver great customer outcomes while making sure targets are achieved and governance requirements are met.
