About The Role:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will:

  • Write and update care plans
  • Coach and mentor care colleagues
  • Attend care reviews
  • Support the on-call service on a rota basis
  • Provide hands-on care and support
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and professionals
  • Utilise technology to deliver quality care
  • Uphold the company's values
  • Ensure safe working practices
