Job description

Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager role requires you to ensure the best possible care is provided to our clients by encouraging and motivating caregivers to deliver excellent care and develop their skills throughout their employment.

We are seeking a Manager with a strong care background (home care experience is desirable but not essential) to join our friendly Bromley-based office team.

Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager (CSM), your responsibilities will include:

  1. Converting new client enquiries
  2. Client onboarding
  3. Care planning and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  4. Managing caregiver personal development
  5. Care delivery and managing on-call rota
  6. Ensuring client satisfaction
  7. Managing a team to deliver exceptional service and manage workloads effectively

Requirements include previous care experience with excellent customer service and supervisory skills, being commercially aware, demonstrating achievement of business growth targets, building good working relationships, possessing strong organizational and planning skills, working accurately under pressure, and flexibility to participate in an on-call rota.

Additional Information

Due to the need to support the on-call function, including field support in emergencies and travel for client assessments, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

You should be an experienced supervisor within the care sector, preferably home care, but this is not essential. If you are passionate about caring and motivated to help us achieve our goals, we would love to hear from you.
