Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking a care supervision lead to oversee Care & Support Assistants across developments in the region. You will supervise staff, conduct competency assessments, and support service delivery under the Care Performance Manager.

You will ensure quality, safeguarding, and compliance across multiple sites. The role requires UK care experience, Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, and strong leadership and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years UK care experience
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
• Desirable: Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Experience supervising or mentoring care staff
• Knowledge of UK domiciliary or community care services
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work remotely or from development offices
