Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? At Nurseplus, we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to support our care teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of care delivered to our clients. You will be responsible for supervising care staff, conducting assessments and spot checks, and ensuring that care plans meet the individual needs of each client.
Carry out initial assessments and create bespoke care plans
Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and reviews with care staff
Support, mentor, and develop care teams in the field
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC regulations
Respond to client and carer queries and resolve any issues proactively
Work closely with the branch team to ensure continuity of care
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within domiciliary or residential care
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A passion for high-quality care and client wellbeing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
