We’re looking for a dynamic
Field Care Supervisor to support the mobilisation and development of our new home care service across
South Devon, from our office in Exeter.
You’ll support the manager and team, helping to create a positive, well-run service that delivers great outcomes and feels rewarding to be part of. You’ll be a key voice in how the service operates and be encouraged to bring ideas, energy, and a team spirit.
In this varied role you’ll work alongside our partners in local council, hospitals, and wider health and social care network — forging strong relationships and involving clients and their families in shaping the care they receive.
40 Hours Per Week Plus Every Other Weekend Care Cover.

About The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor you will use your previous experience in care to:
- Write and update new and existing care plans
- Coaching and mentoring care colleagues
- Attending care reviews
- Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis
- Providing “hands on” care and support
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
- Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
- Ensure the implementation of safe working practices.
- Be part of a truly caring and processional team that support you as well as we would our clients.

- 6 Months Care Experience
